Notalia
Tasks, notes and a notebook that thinks they belong together. For iPhone, iPad and Mac.
TasksTareas
Plan dates and due dates kept apart, because when you intend to do something is not when it is due. Projects, subtasks, priorities, boards and a wall of today.
NotesNotas
Rich text on ruled paper, with images and drawings inline. Folders, tags, templates, and a cover drawn for every note so the wall is readable at a glance.
NotebookCuaderno
A free canvas: cards, drawings, photos, calendar events and links to your own tasks and notes, arranged wherever they make sense.
Your things stay yours. Lo tuyo se queda tuyo.
Notalia has no server. What you write lives on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account — the same place your photos and messages live. We cannot read it, because there is nothing of ours in between.
Reading a note aloud and recognising the text in a photo both happen on the device itself. No analytics, no crash reporting, no profile built by us.

Invite someone to a project or a whole notebook and you both edit the same thing, through Apple's own sharing. Or export a PDF of a note, a task, or an entire notebook with its cover and index.
Notalia sits in the iPhone share sheet. A link from Safari, a screenshot, a PDF from Mail — pick note or task, pick where it goes, done.
Text out of picturesTexto de las fotos
Photograph a whiteboard or a receipt and pull the text out of it, in Spanish or English, without the image leaving your device. You review it before it lands in the note.
Put notes in order and read them on a teleprompter, scrolling by itself or read aloud — for a speech, a class, or a recipe with your hands busy.
Lock what is yoursBajo llave
Lock a note or a whole folder with Face ID. A locked folder takes its notes and its subfolders out of every view until you open it.
Three devices, one appTres aparatos, una app
iPhone, iPad and Mac, each built for its own screen rather than stretched from the others — and one purchase covers all three. iPhone, iPad y Mac, cada uno hecho para su pantalla en vez de estirado de los otros — y una sola compra vale para los tres.
How it looks Así se ve
Real screenshots, taken from the app — a Monday with a few things pending.
On the iPad, a notebook En el iPad, un cuaderno
The Notebook is a canvas: you drop things on the page and move them where they look right. Nothing is in a column because the app says so.
- Stickers — flowers, desk things and washi tape. Vector, so you recolour them and they never pixelate.
Habits are filled or empty; the mood strip has five colours, and both live on the same grid.
- Paper that looks like paper — cream tints, a polaroid frame, torn kraft, and three handwriting faces.
